No work load, you are not over pressurised, leaves are ample, no work hour stretching, no peer to peer competition

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

No proper management strategy, No proper projects in pipeline, No technical uplifting and knowledge growth, CARIAD IS DIFFERENT BU, you cant move there so don’t fall prey to that, VW projects are not there so being a part of VW group makes no help. OVERALL YOU MUST TRY TO AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE OTHER GOOD OFFERS

Policies are very dynamic and people shall be alert of their job security. Survival of the fittest. Work life balance will be zero. You really need to justify your leave reason. Everyone watches you.
