Opportunity to work with global clients.

Dislikes

Salary is not at par industry level, no hike in 2020-21, current hike is 2-4%, makes us feel terrible for slogging and working so hard neglecting health and family. Upper management have no empathy for employee, made us to work in office during this covid-19 pandemic until lot of employees were infected, even made us stay in the base location (city where we have office) even when we worked from home. HR doesn't care. Cafeteria food is not free and costly.
