Don't fall prey to the word of " group of VW" or CARIAD ets. Culture, Management is egoistic they don't tolerate your good suggestions. Inspite of promotion, you can be considered for improvement plan and can be thrown out. Upto you to take a risk, but your risk appetite will be murdered once you join this company.

No work load, you are not over pressurised, leaves are ample, no work hour stretching, no peer to peer competition

Dislikes

No proper management strategy, No proper projects in pipeline, No technical uplifting and knowledge growth, CARIAD IS DIFFERENT BU, you cant move there so don’t fall prey to that, VW projects are not there so being a part of VW group makes no help.
