I learnt a great deal on what kind of co-founders and management to stay away from in my entire career.

Dislikes

...ating you. - No regularization of annual hikes. Then don't care about inflation. They were increase your workload but not your salary. - Very high pay disparity - Extreme toxic work culture with co-founders ignoring even written complaints - Management will threaten to terminate you if you raise concerns - HR is also manipulative and prefers to close matters on telephonic call instead of responding on emails. - Don't fall for their fake skill development nonsense. They expect you to improve skills, get certification but will not allocate any time or budget for the same. Yes, you have to pay from your own pockets. - The decision making employee will not even know the actual time and resource needed, nor will they ever consult you. They will just bombard you with their unrealistic expectations. - You will not get credited for the work.

The company might give a good package but there is no job security from a long-term perspective.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics by higher managers. Managers do not support at all, in fact, they will unnecessarily create problems as they lack professionalism. Managers, themself do not think well for the company and keep self-interest ahead. Even if the company mentions Monday to Friday as working days, managers will make you work all 6-7 days a week.

EduFund is a dynamic place to work at. It's challenging and yet fun. One doesn't only grow technically, but overall as a person. People wear lots of hats and at the same the responsible for anything they do. The company culture is great, expressive, and open-minded.

Dislikes

Considering the growth of the Startup, certain process will need to be established in the upcoming time. Since, startups are very dynamic in culture, that is still good to work with.

Everything. I came from a different field. Initially was into fashion designing and then I had founded my own D2C startup in the FMCG space. Joining EduFund has been the best decision in my career. I have overcome my limitations with continuous support from team. The team and founders are helpful and supporting. I look forward to coming to office everyday and that's the beauty of my job.

They will shortlist your resume and then send you assignments via mail, which will include, of course, redesigning their app only, which is going to waste at least your 2-3 days. Once submitted, they will stop responding to your messages as their website has been redesigned for free. I'm not the only one.
