I learnt a great deal on what kind of co-founders and management to stay away from in my entire career.

Dislikes

- The company forces you to invest in mutual funds through their app. Then pressurizes you to get your family and friend to do the same. - They will keep pressing you to share your experience (and get it reviewed by management) on LinkedIn and other platforms. This happens in first 6 months. Later they will make you post on work ann iversaries also. If you deny, they will start isolating you. - No regularization of annual hikes. Then don't care about inflation<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. They were increase your workload but not your salary</mark>. - Very high pay disparity - Extreme toxic work culture with co-founders ignoring even written complaints - Management will threaten to terminate you if you raise concerns - HR is also manipulative and prefers to close matters on telephonic call instead of responding on emails. - Don't fall for their fake skill development nonsense. They expect you to improve skills, get certification but will not allocate any time or budget for the same. Yes, you have to pay from your own pockets. - The decision making employee will not even know the actual time and resource needed, nor will they ever consult you. The company might give a good package but there is no job security from a long-term perspective.

There is a lot of politics by higher managers. Managers do not support at all, in fact, they will unnecessarily create problems as they lack professionalism. Managers, themself do not think well for the company and keep self-interest ahead. Even if the company mentions Monday to Friday as working days, managers will make you work all 6-7 days a week....Read More
