We are looking for a results-driven Loan Sales Manager to drive loan sales, build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and mentor the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in financial services, excellent relationship management skills, and a passion for team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Loan Sales & Conversion:

- Achieve quarterly loan sales targets.

- Increase the conversion rate from loan applications to approvals through strategic sales initiatives.

Client Relationship Management:

- Maintain and expand lender relationships to ensure long-term business growth.

- Regulatory Compliance & Process Adherence

- Ensure full adherence to regulatory and company loan processing standards.

- Maintain compliance with zero penalties or breaches.

Team Development & Mentorship:

- Conduct mentorship and training sessions for the sales team.

- Encourage team members to complete external sales or financial certifications/training.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5 to 7 years of experience in loan sales, relationship management, or financial services.

- Strong knowledge of loan processing regulations and compliance standards.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Ability to analyze sales data and optimize performance metrics.
