- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to establish and manage partnerships with GRE preparation centers and study abroad counseling firms.
- The primary goal of this role is to generate a consistent funnel of qualified leads for our education loan products through strategic collaborations.
- The ideal candidate should have strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of the education loan market, and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and onboard GRE preparation centers and study abroad counseling firms as strategic partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that drive mutual success.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies in collaboration with partners.
- Educate partners on our education loan products and processes to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
- Track and analyze lead generation and conversion metrics for continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
- Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to education loans.
- Provide ongoing support and training to partners to enhance collaboration and performance.
- Address partner inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and sales activities in CRM.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, partner engagement, and market trends.
- Contribute to the development of sales forecasts and budgets.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the education loan market and the study abroad process.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
