One day they are hiring freshers as Junior Analyst at low salary and another day they are hiring freshers as Analysts at way more salary given to freshers as Junior Analyst. Thirdly you dont have any half days. Either full leave or no leave.

It's a good company for freshers. Fresher candidate learn lot of things here about corporate life.

The salary range is too low. also they are not give the good hike after you have complete three years in this company.
