Respect for personal space/life (not once in my entire tenure was I told that I can't take leave) 6. Good enough work life balance. However, if you're in Sales, support or in subject matter team, you'll be required (forced) to work on weekends, but they'll pay for it. Although the OT amount can change as per their mood.
