The work life balance is good. The senior management tries to create a no pressure environment.
Dislikes

Dislikes
1. Operational practices/processes are not as per industry standards.
2. Company mission is driven by only co-founders. They don't care much about inputs from anyone else.
3. It's been more than 10 years since the inception of the compmany, and they still operate in only one niche verticle. They're not growth focused.
4. Not a whole lot of learning would be there, since you'd end up doing the same thing over and over.
5. They can be devious when it comes to paying bonuses and appriasls. They WERE'NT transparent about it either. In 2020, they mentioned that they're putting bonuses and appraisal on hold becuase times are uncertain (fair enough), but come 2021 they anounced there won't be any bonuses or appraisal for 2020. And no, there was no negetive impact on business becuase of Covid, it's just that the cofounders used covid as an excuse for not paying up. As a result, about 25-30% of the employees left in between 21-22.
6. Too much of dependency on selected few (as per their liking), irrespective of their ability to do the job.
7. Cofounders can be vindictive. If you're in their good books, they'll shower you with good pay and authority, if not, they'll make your life a living hell. You can reach out to ex employees who left in 21-22, and ask them why they left.
8. There is no HR (not sure whether this has changed in the last 6 month or not), so they operate like a typical 'lala' company. Cofounders mainpulate stock price as per their liking, so if you thought that the ESOPs have any value, then the joke's on you my friend!
9. Money is good only for the fresheres. If you're thinking to stay long term, you might not get as per market standard.
10. They'll change compnesation structure on the fly. So have them put everything in writing, including the OT structure....Read More

If you are an ambitious and workaholic person, you can get opportunities. But first, you will have to work on certain projects in your time and show your mettle then the company will give you projects.
We also have flexible working hours.
Dislikes
There is no process in the company. C-suite managers mostly do meetings at the night. Project timelines are badly managed.

e-GMAT gave 1-year work from home to each and every indivisible. They provided all the necessary stuff to home so that, working efficiency does not decrease.
Dislikes
In the COVID situation where all e-learning companies are providing extra bonuses and perks. to there employees. As e-learning is the only industry that got a boom in this situation. e-GMAT decided to hold the extra benefit (Bonus, appraisals, etc.).
