Due to the small team sizes in every project, the responsibility is high on everyone that affects the work-life balance, Career growth is limited if someone is interested in keeping steps updated with the market.

Likes

Company policies are employee centric and there is a great sense of job security. Lots of things are changing at a very rapid pace which is providing many learning opportunities. Company recently started providing free medical cover for parents as well which is a good initiative in times like this.

Dislikes

Suddenly many of the key people in upper management are moving out, lot of shuffling is happening which may or may not be good. Compensation is way below market due to which company is struggling to hire or retain talent in product teams. E.g company pays more than $100k for a profile in US but will not pay more than 1.5m for a similar role in India. Aim is to bring in cheapest possible labor which is directly impacting the quality of work. Not sure whether it's done by the local team to improve their KRA or there is a pressure from top. Morale seems to be very low at the moment, lowest I have seen in my few years here, but surprisingly no real actions are taken to improve it (no - yoga/mindfulness sessions will not help).

Good work culture. Higher management is cooperative. Flexible timings. The company is open to innovation and there are good programs like Hatch-a-Thon for innovation and new ideas.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.

...en the Managers and Directors are also supportive, you can easily approach them. Appraisals are good and they give good salary hike and bonus.

...o employee always feel secure abouth their job and get good and quality work. The best part about Duck creek is , they provide good compensation benefits to employees. Apart from this , in this company work hour is flexible and also, there is no late sitting and weekend work culture, so employees have good work-life balance. Duck creek is best place to work with people who respect, admire, mentor and treat you as friend and not just a colleague. Leads and manger are always helpful and nobody treats each other as competitior. Company culture and policies are more employee friendly. There is open door and skip level policy followed where one can speak directly to the Director or VP
