I have an amazing and supporting group of co-workers. The work divided amongst the team well so no employee gets crushed under workload.

As a place to work, there are lot of positives. The work culture is great, there is lot of emphasize on the core values. There is sense of belongingness among the employees. People are paid well and are being appreciated for their efforts. Good work culture. Higher management is cooperative. Flexible timings. The company is open to innovation and there are good programs like Hatch-a-Thon for innovation and new ideas.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.

I am a software engineer (sql developer), my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire database development activity with the team. I work with my manager and do day to day assignments and also mentor the new team members
