Work Culture, Its a people company, Love company policies which are very centric to employee like Remote First, Management is amazing - one of the most transparent management I have seen in my professional life. Its Amazing to work at Duck Creek.

I love to be part of an organization which believes in the growth of each individual in order to grow as company. As a place to work, there are lot of positives. The work culture is great, there is lot of emphasize on the core values. There is sense of belongingness among the employees. People are paid well and are being appreciated for their efforts.
