Let me make a list: 1. The office is horrible. No AC in a humid city like Kolkata. The office space is small 2. The founder doesnt know what he wants, he is a manchild with a lot of money! No vision, only wants to do what competitor brands do. HIGH Levels of baseless Favourism. No professionalism, bangs the table and screams in meetings just because he doesnt like copies. Comes back to what he had already approved within 2days No approval on timely basis. Extensively rude. 3. There isn’t any management, HR ethics is absent. They will change places if they suspect you bonding with your collegue next to you, yeah right! Welcome to school. HR policies are shit, no employee benefits , no welness program. 4. Attrition rate is so high
