Dmart is full of politics,At the time of appraisal,transfer,leaves, Shifts, what not ... If u have good interpersonal skills and communication skills, u can survive in Dmart It is full of conspiracy. For every 3years you will have to transfer from the current working store to another store.. Top management (CEO)thinks one and store level management (AM,SM,ASM) does something.. They are retaining their employees in the name of Dmart shares,but the harsh truth is the company won't give any shares in future... The employees who already got Dmart shares earlier, their lockin period is going to end In 2023,So After that the mass resignations will be seen... My sincere request is, if u are selected in Dmart and if u don't have any other job to join and there is no hope in getting a job in future also.When all the doors are shut Then Join Dmart ...

I am working in this company since 3 years 6 month in same salary No increased in salary no appraisal no promotion yet they are just fooling there employees as by saying that they are working very good and you will be get promoted soon, I am listening this from last 2 years and at time of Promotion they start taking fault in your work Promotion and appraisal process is very slow in the company , and the don't give any type of expenses, food allowance, or traveling expenses and no over time paid . This should be improved. I think company should also think about there employees working on ground level and the company should remove this 3P contract system and take the employees on company payroll this will be good for the company as well as employee
