The work culture here helps you enhance your skills and good teamwork always helps in boosting your energy & creativity. Weekend parties and celebrations are just ad ons to your experience.

An organization that not only focuses on one's professional growth but also looks after their employee's health, honestly, this is what brought the confidence in me of working from office even during this pandemic. They conduct continuous Health Check-ups and Tests for the well-being of their employees. I personally started off as a 'Fresher' in the organization where I was told to be given 24 months commitment. In the beginning, I was nervous, but now as time has passed, I have realized that these 24 months and counting have helped me grow in different aspects such as Team management, Creative inputs, Strategy building and endless. There is no hierarchy as such in the company, everyone is treated with equal respect and everyone is given equal opportunity to present their point of view. It is true that the team drives each other to work hard and pushes everyone to work, out of their comfort zone to learn more.
