I personally started off as a 'Fresher' in the organization where I was told to be given 24 months commitment. In the beginning, I was nervous, but now as time has passed, I have realized that these 24 months and counting have helped me grow in different aspects such as Team management, Creative inputs, Strategy building and endless. There is no hierarchy as such in the company, everyone is treated with equal respect and everyone is given equal opportunity to present their point of view.
