An organization that not only focuses on one's professional growth but also looks after their employee's health, honestly, this is what brought the confidence in me of working from office even during this pandemic. They conduct continuous Health Check-ups and Tests for the well-being of their employees. I personally started off as a 'Fresher' in the organization where I was told to be given 24 months commitment. In the beginning, I was nervous, but now as time has passed, I have realized that these 24 months and counting have helped me grow in different aspects such as Team management, Creative inputs, Strategy building and endless. There is no hierarchy as such in the company, everyone is treated with equal respect and everyone is given equal opportunity to present their point of view. Starting from being an Intern to a senior account manager, I have experienced many situations of dealing with the client & the team that has helped me a lot. Where most of the agencies don't hire freshers, DR gives opportunity to these freshers & guides them in the right direction.

Learning, Learning, Learning. If you are serious about your career and life, then you will love working here. If you are doing time-pass, thinking about "agency life" like in Bollywood, then you will find DR tough. Honestly, the first three months were very tough for me and I felt there was pressure, but this is like 'testing period'. Once you get through this, you feel like a changed person who is capable and smart. This way everyone who has worked in the company for long period are very smart people and you can learn so much from them. When I nterviewed I met with the Female CEO, who I first thought was very tough. But she became my friend and guide, where I would share even my personal matters. She is tough, but she is a great mentor if you want to learn and grow. The systems, processes everything is superb. The work environment is fantastic, music playing, open culture.
