I was working with Digital Republik as a Graphic Designer Intern. Working with the team gives you great knowledge about marketing and its correlation with Designing. The work culture here helps you enhance your skills and good teamwork always helps in boosting your energy & creativity. Weekend parties and celebrations are just ad ons to your experience.

Job security is good, just sometimes I had to stay a bit longer to work due to some last moment client's change in design.

The team is full of marketing experts, who thrive to bring the finest marketing strategies to the table. Being a part of the agency has made me grow in every aspect of my professional journey. An organization that not only focuses on one's professional growth but also looks after their employee's health, honestly, this is what brought the confidence in me of working from office even during this pandemic. They conduct continuous Health Check-ups and Tests for the well-being of their employees. I personally started off as a 'Fresher' in the organization where I was told to be given 24 months commitment. In the beginning, I was nervous, but now as time has passed, I have realized that these 24 months and counting have helped me grow in different aspects such as Team management, Creative inputs, Strategy building and endless. There is no hierarchy as such in the company, everyone is treated with equal respect and everyone is given equal opportunity to present their point of view. It is true that the team drives each other to work hard and pushes everyone to work, out of their comfort zone to learn more. But more than the team members it is the work motivation that keeps everyone going. Proud to be DRRebel and glad to be a part of Digital Republik Team!

A good place to start your work as a fresher as you can learn a lot from your seniors. Got an opportunity to explore my creative aspects while designing as well. Everyone here is less like colleagues and more like ‘Working Buddies’

Good work culture and learning experience, really enjoyed my 2 years . Working at Digital Rebulik really helped me grow professionally, as there is no hierarchy which made work environment very friendly. Really happy I could be part of the #DRRebels team.
