...ployees. there's no work-life balance here, the manager is always up on you a**. they don't even pay their salary on time and keep scolding their employees even after completing the work on time. 1 star here is mandatory to give, id give this company 0

... this company for 7-8 months,and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to anyone. The biggest issue with this company is that they always pay the salary late, often taking up to two months. Not only is this extremely frustrating and difficult to deal with, but it also shows a complete lack of respect for their employees and their need to get paid on time to cover their expenses. To make matters worse, the founder and HR are extremely egoistic and have a problematic approach towards getting work done. They resort to abusive language and pressure tactics to get things done, which is highly unprofessional and unacceptable in any work environment. There is an alarming lack of management system in place, making it hard to get any support or guidance from them when we face any issues. Another issue is that they hire freshers to do their work, which showcases that they are not willing to invest in experienced employees. It also means that the work quality is not up to the mark because these freshers lack experience and may not have the required skill set to meet the standard of quality work. In conclusion, this company needs to seriously reconsider their approach towards their employees and their work environment. Late payment of salaries, abusive behavior, and lack of management system is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I do not recommend working with this company.

They just give management meeting and say we will do salary next will but it never happened. when you ask about salary they say dont take follow ups. we do it we do it. All destek employees are facing this but not raising this issue. my three month of salary not paid.
