Apart from few benefits and flexible office hours nothing is worth of. Although they ask you to work in unconventional shifts irrespective of your requests or concerns being addressed.

...of considering your request or concerns. No support for new and expecting moms. And if you are not on a project which is not your mistake, they will cut your bonus. Even if you take leaves, PL or CL they will cut your bonus based on less client hours as you were on leaves. Most idiotic thing is firm contribution which should be 150-200 hours per year. They will ask you to do all HR kind of tasks to show it as a learning. Keep in mind that you need to beg the managers for that, which usually they give to their favourite people n not to those who really need it or willing to do. Most important, managers will pull their favourite people to new projects even though employees with same experience are on bench n desperately looking for projects. They will go out of way to off roll that employee from current project and get it assigned to his new project. It’s just a name sake big 4. GREAT CRY LITTLE WOOL!!!

Salary is not competitive for existing professionals who are experienced and are valuable to the firm. Parallel switching inside the firm is not that easy that they preach about going to educational institutions

Salary is not competitive. Work pressure is like hell and no life balance. Almost all projects are same. Many of them have left Deloitte only due to zero life balance. No transport facility.

Appraisals are very low when compared to other Big 4 companies. Salary structures are defined based on your skillset. No Onsite opportunities, managers play smartly with the team members

Looking for a project that requires a person with your skillset is hard to find as they randomly put you into business lines that has project requirements not aligning with your skill set
