1) Deloitte has the best culture by far. 2) Employee friendly. 3) many people would say bad things about deloitte that totally depends upon the project they are inn. 4) I was unhappy with my first project but the second project I got I was really and satisfied with the work.

Dislikes

1) Despite being a brand deloitte under pays. 2) Many people are satisfied with just the brand name and dont care about their pay. 3) People are too much lenient here they do more time pass then the actual work which is not good. 4) There is some kind of negative vibes that I use to get whenever I travel to their office in Powai. I would say work for 1 year here and find other opportunity.Your overall development would be screwed if you work here for long time.

The environment is very professional, roles are well defined and everyone knows what they are suppose to do, constant connect with manager will help you move in the right career path.

- Salary hikes are low - Work life balance is low

- Manager and senior manager behaves like if they are sandeep maheshwari - the problem is they just say things when it comes to helping you in terms of hike,bonus, review or any other work related problems they will say they can't do anything about it

...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is alot of politics and the management doesnot address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not gives to new joinees.

Deloitte has cut down most of the ppl salary by saying poor performance by 10 percent in total. This is terrible.

It was one of the companies where I wanted to work, but in 2020 it also shown that they can also cut the salary and remove the employee from their company by giving any reasons. when I asked my AD and director for upskill certification on Power BI they said no. which was really not good
