Nothing..except for the building and the look nothing is good..

Dislikes

...ke the company culture. Manager treats employee like a labour working for them. No respect, poor worklife balance, salary and work given to the employee doesnt match. Work given is of seniors level but salary given is literal peanuts..not satisfied..looking for job change.

The compensation and perks are really good. People who got into good projects they really have good learning. Everything is about the luck how your being pinged to which project.

Got assigned to random projects with no scope of learning. Even graduates with engineering or MBA gets assigned to BPO projects being hired for different roles and skillset. And ruining people's career.

Nothing. It is absolutely horrendous company. It has even started mass recruiting freshers just like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Congnizant, etc. If you are in a development project working on technologies like Azure, AWS, etc then good for you otherwise most of the projects have work on legacy systems which has no use in future and is extremely boring, frustrating. There is no learning or upskilling in these projects.
