No more a place with good work culture, reduced quality ,pay not adjusted to market, becoming another low class service based company. If you are a fresher they will use you very badly just as a backup for the whole team shamelessly all the time without guiding you .

Dislikes

Not giving PTOs to female employees and torturing them. This has become worst. Targeting and putting entire qork on new team members shamelessly without guiding or training them in the internal DDAI vertical.

Likes

Many things can be learnt, good for skill development. New and advanced technologies as per industry standards.

Dislikes

Horrible work culture, no work life balance, salary not increased in my team (not sure about other teams), problem in infra as overcrowded place.

Likes

Deloitte has very good learning repositories for any skill. It holds regular tutorial sessions for skills. Udemy and Linkedin learnings are free. So, very good to upskill. There are regular outings as well which was fun.

Dislikes

... senior consultants to be available 24/7. Serious hit to your work-life balance. Salary and hikes are also mediocre.

Very toxic work environment, this is more project specific but i felt the work environment as toxic moreover most of the projects are similar to what tbey have in service companies but with very very short timelines

Good number of benefits over and above CTC. Great work Culture Good opportunities for a fresher to learn

Dislikes

No work life balance (working 12 hrs a day is normal ) Salary for Associate Analyst is very less and work is too much for that.
