They would speak sweetly yo cover outside world. But when it comes to reality they will turn your life up side down. Words don't alignment with their actions. For last 1 year I worked for more than 11 hours per day.

Terrible timings especially working with Gurgaon teams, they come very late and work all night Have to work for 11 to 13 hours a day Have to work Saturdays and some Sundays No job security, they will say budget constraints and put you in Plan to say good bye

...appraisals are too much biased. Repeated candidates will only get these things. Salary packages are given irrespective of experience and contributions. They promote 3 years experience employee as asst manager and they hire 8 years experience employee as asst.manager. No proper balance among the expertise and skills They promote undeserved people (such as people who are already serving notice period) and ignore employees who are genuinely contributing their efforts and time. Lack of appreciations and acknowledgement even though the resource has worked on a project for entire quarter. Disappointments in hikes and appraisals. No support from the management when an issue is raised between employee and client. Micro management Some DM s are completely useless in handling team, assigning projects depending on skills. Silent work pressure.

...ut you are expected to stay online in your shift timings. Great company to work. One thing which I like about the company is there is no huge pay scale gap between employees. Initially let's say if you are getting less, if your performance is good you will always be taken care by Deloitte
