I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

I don't have any point to say about Deloitte in 'dislike' section, however it will be really helpful if, People development (in terms of technical growth), Establishing people's knowledge in their interested areas, etc.,. could be taken care by all management people.

Its a women leadership company. Favouritism and office politics are toxic. Too much wokism. Feedbacks are not direct. Coach and managers speaks with High sounding words, essentially means nothing. Unless you are aligned to their politics you are out
