Salaries in Support Services for Same IT projects are NOT up to the market rate. Projects are expecpected to delivery with same quality as compared to Deloitte Consulting, but the salary survey is used to compared with Call center type firms or unknown services firm to justify the salary. Which is in incorrect method to justify the salary correction.

...nt, policies, work processes and what not. I am thrilled to join this company. Moreover, to keep the employees motivated they have different awards/rewards which are alloted in between pay cycle which totally depends on your performance.

One should work in firm like Deloitte during their entire career. Deloitte is best in market from salary and benefits point of view. Deloitte has best policies and overall culture. Deloitte has big queue of projects so no worries on project allocation

Dislikes

Its very competitive environment in Deloitte. You have to perform best all the time. So, promotion is quite difficult, you have to prove yourself all the time. Work life balance is not that good. Of course differs project to project but on an average its not good.

Deloitte leadership helps you to be a better version of yourself. They invest time in you to make you grow and that is just possible because of all Deloitte policies and benefits for their employees. I am really glad that I could spend my valuable 5 years till now in Deloitte. The work culture is amazing, it is easy to have a work-life balance. And I feel like job is secured.

Dislikes

Not exactly a dislike, but I feel that because of multiple operating models and offering portfolios, the salary of same experienced folks with similar year end ratings varies and hence one falls under a quite less salary package which might be a bit unfair.
