Few of the leaders are arogant. If one gets trapped in their project then no other option than resingning from the company

Hikes and promotions are a little less than what should be expected. It's great for an experienced professional but for freshers it's not a good start from the salary side.

False commitment by seniors Low pay Long working hours Transfer of employees from DC(implementation) to DFO (Support) without their acknowledgement when asking senior to change offering they say this will set wrong example. I was a developer earlier now I work on tickets where learning is 0.
