Salary and only salary. This company tries to purchase everything and everyone by money.

Dislikes

Everything. If you are only after money, Deloitte is best fit for you. Other than that, the company has extreme work pressure which will not only hamper your physical health but also your mental health. I also came across pretentious and confused leaders who will nominate you for reward and recognition and PIP at the same time. Make sure to keep in touch with any psychologist for your mental health while working in Deloitte. Trust me you will need one!

Terrible compensation, Terrible work culture, Terrible and useless management.

Dislikes

Management is full of politics Higher management takes you for granted They don't promote or give hike Manager and AD level in Financial advisory is useless and less productive then an associate consultant Manager and AD in Delhi work for less than 4 hours a day and expect consultants to work more than 12 hrs

Compensation is good in absolute terms, type of work is also good, if you like statutory audit this will be best place and company provides lot of online material to study, company is high in ethics.

Dislikes

No work life balance, Terrible deadliness, Compensation in relation to work is low, I have done in 12-14 hours straight for 2 months with no Sunday.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
