Dell allows you to work, Yes!! You heard it right. No micro management. We will be questioned only if the work is pending. You do your work on time, be loyal that's more than enough

yes I know very well of my work skills and good communication for my company so There are good environment and my my salary 360000 annul and my process is time office,canteen administration ,assosiate appraicsel, salary wages,and MIS.

I have to work 14-18 hours straight in day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and good for appraaisals.

...f contractual employees, there is no life at all nor will there be a conversion. Pay wise, its equivalent to any other smaller company.

Dislikes

Basic facilites are not that good. No cab facilites nor any shuttle services provided. There is no additional learnings nor is there a growth. Tea coffee to be paid and bought. Work from home only on unavaoidable circumstances and cannot be taken most times unless one has atleast served 12 to 15yrs in the company.They say flexi timings, but will expect you to be on time.

Good Salary and Benefits, work life balance no strict timings as long as you complete the work on time. Lot of opportunities to learn new skills and people who can mentor if needed.

Dislikes

Every Quarter there will be a panic about Layoffs. Anytime you think of getting promoted you will be moved to a new team, and they will call it a team restructure and your appraisal and promotion will be delayed.
