...f contractual employees, there is no life at all nor will there be a conversion. Pay wise, its equivalent to any other smaller company.

Dislikes

Basic facilites are not that good. No cab facilites nor any shuttle services provided. There is no additional learnings nor is there a growth. Tea coffee to be paid and bought. Work from home only on unavaoidable circumstances and cannot be taken most times unless one has atleast served 12 to 15yrs in the company.They say flexi timings, but will expect you to be on time.

...es is those who are nearby wil have to book security can and it leads to delays. But highly secure Good pay and salary hikes Even in layoffs they will give 6 months salary in India unlike other companies who give no compensation Good food

Everything that was good about Dell ended 2 years back. Nothing is good now.

...es more miserable and feel tortured from 5 days a week policy and no promotions. And from what I have heard extremely low or negligible salary hikes. The culture is extremely bad for a long term perspective and would take a toll on your mental health. The work that they make you do is dated and not industry relevant. So don't join dell unless you want to spoil your mental health and career.

The culture and work life balance at Dell is excellent. There are learning opportunities depending on the job role.

Due to constant layoffs the job security isn't there. Also, compensation should be improved.

I don't see a single point as of now. This used to be best work life balance org, but not anymore.

The Work-Life Balance is becoming very poor day by day with expectations to work late hours and weekends without compensation, is particularly challenging. Compensation and benefits are below industry standards. The immediate management tends to be retaliative and blame-shifting, which creates a challenging and equally toxic atmosphere., The work culture is dying here, is toxic, pressuring employees to overwork. Too many long, unproductive meetings further reduce overall productivity. There are limited opportunities for career growth and advancement. Too much micro management at work by immediate leaders. Too much work over commit to higher management of immediate leader leading to employee dissatisfaction.
