... school like wearing shoes & formal compulsory there is no choice of individual. Also the employees have no freedom, mobile phones not allowed, salary is low, it feels like your are as bonded labour so need to improve on those things. Seniors presurrize too much

...ake break on lunch time. They are allow to take a medical leave more than 2days. They hold my salary just because I am hospitalised and I take a leave more than 3days. They doesn't give me salary of my working days but they cutted PF from my account on that time when I need money. Is it right? Why we do job? If we are not getting money they what is the need of that job? We are employees not a workers. There is no professional environment. Even team leaders are talking non professional with employees. They targeting someone and then try to make that employee alone. There if employee already left their job but still they use employee's details and run account for showing number of employees.

Its only for freshers to learn and get appointed by other companies with experience letter.

Salary is lower than you really deserve. Salary structure is not clear and transparent. Promotion is not based on your skills. Appraisal is nominal. Work is not specialized. You will have to do any work of your project.

...r for washroom. Everyday up and down happening for girl's bcz of washroom issue. No promotion ,no improvement in salary also,no growth

Their policy of hiring freshers ans give them opportunities. No frustrating work and also less work-load. If you are fresher join and work only for 1-2 years and go for other opportunity you will definitely paid well.

Dislikes

High politics, no salary hike, almost slow career growth. Undeserved managers, they are just relatives of senior management. HR only supportive at the time of hiring but later they become chameleon. Unprofessional and unproductive senior employees who don't like fresh talents to grow may be biased. When you will join you will realise how all the senior management how stab knife in your back.
