Very bad working culture,40% attrition due to work pressure & favouritism.System process are not well established.People are so overwhelmed with work.Sales is even bad as working hours are 8 am to 11 pm.Expense reimbursement is worst in FMCG industry for eg : RSM HQ DA is Rs.112.5,ex hq is Rs.250 and outstation is Rs2000.

...eople who are doing good Job in Dabur but there is no apprication and promotion. In Covid time field force is Working by heart for company but No increments and other compensation for employees.

Not getting expenses on time, company should give salary on the basis of employees achievement, I mean for example I am doing 100% on an average and I am getting salary of 25 k. And my other is doing 70% and he's getting salary of 40 k. So it's very demotivating.

...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
