Only Dabur Brands image in market is good and timely salary is credited. Before FY 2020 company culture was much better but post Leadership change things have deteriorated drastically with regards to employee orientation. Now the environment is full of anxiety and stress which is leading to illness.

Dislikes

Pathetic Work culture. No work ethics at all, no employee learning and development. Highly de -motivational environment. No consideration/recognition for hard work. Company culture is filled with Politics. Will strongly recommend not to join Dabur as they will compromise with their mental health.

Company is good in the scence of salary and other benifits

Local management is very disappointed, they behave like a Hitlar. Mr Amitava Dutta behaviour is very disappointed. He is not working in market and always thinks his subordinates does't work in market. He only know when and how to humiliate his colleagues. Last four to five months six SO resigned due to his bad behaviour. HO HR team also knoe that but not taken any action.

The company is open to innovative and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global clients base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very hard.

Extremely Top heavy, Saab culture that cannot be changed for a old organisation like Dabur. This has created toxic workplace with people blaming and passing the buck everywhere. Only outcome for this is more attritional
