When I first started at work, everything seemed great, but as time went on, it just got worse.

...y has its upsides, but the management really doesn't seem to care about their employees. No matter how long you work there, you won't get any appreciation or respect. The yearly salary increases are pretty disappointing only around Rs 500 to Rs 1000. Promotions feel like a joke; I've been there for five years and I’m qualified for a promotion, but they still haven't given me a chance. That's why I decided to leave. The pay structure is not great either.

...arn. Here every month training and knowledge classes are done for all employees. Salary and incentives are huge if an employee can focus on what to sell to get huge incentives. Other than this company culture is very good about technology along with sustainability.

Working hours and HR roles are not upto the mark. They ask store managers for any type of decisions.

Too much mental stress less pay continuously cost cutting many left the job switched to other companies for last 2 year only 300rs increment more than mentioned working hours and multi job roles you have to do everytime manager threatens if we don't do it than he will fire or issue warning letter work culture is too bad.

As of now. Cluster manager for CSD Mr Shashi Kumar P has done and being ahead great job.

...ating the trackers to review/monitor our productivity which is literally a hell. And this Nitima is taking salary to yell/scream/scold others by showing her authority. She is mostly like a 90's filmy character who always showcases their authority and taking advantage of their position. Such an unprofessional I have never seen in my 6+ years of career. Just waiting for my appraisals and I am going to be out of this unprofessional toxic environment
