Low salary according to post. Foundation always paid one month salary on after 3 month to 4 months. Also never provide any Traveling Allowance. Working area also wide. we never found any scope in future with this organization. Wasting money on materialistic things but never paid to employee anywhere. If anyone rise a voice against all above things they threatened to fire from job also takes illegal action without giving any notices they fire.

1. Good and advanced tech stack with some amazing projects. 2. Great colleagues. 3. Bus pick up and drop service for Mumbai location. 4. Good employee well being policies like 5 day work week, occasional wellness day off, etc.

... new people in team. 3. Low increment will be given despite you working well. 4. Average base compensation to freshers.

GAC division --- For freshers, this company is a training ground. You can get all the relevant skillset and upskill yourself.

Dislikes

GAC division --- Compensation is not that great and hike will be average. Management gives fake promises for Promotion. There is a lot of politics done by the Management and team dynamics ends up in toxic culture.
