The work culture is soo poor , i dont know how people say its a good company with great working culture, management is good and company policies are also good zero job security.

You have to work OT without any extra pay, salary is credited less then the signed.

GAC division --- For freshers, this company is a training ground. You can get all the relevant skillset and upskill yourself.

Dislikes

GAC division --- Compensation is not that great and hike will be average. Management gives fake promises for Promotion. There is a lot of politics done by the Management and team dynamics ends up in toxic culture.
