The work life balance is exemplary, you will have managers and directors who are actually sane and human, don't have much idea about job security since it's a client based business so you know the drill but but but I can see a bigger number of employees who are working for more than 10-15 years now so you can get the idea, work pressure might vary from department to department but for me it was fun given I came from service industry and the work pressure was on a super saiyaan level (you know if you know) and here at Crisil you will love it the pressure negligible.

Dislikes

but the compensation and the promotion part is the part where things start to sour this would be the only game changer for an employee to plan for a switch otherwise overall it's a decent organisation to work with.

Only salary benefits are there. They’ll offer you whatever you ask for initially however after that no appraisals no promotions. Nothing!

Work is amazing pay is very less, they think that all the employees are supermans and on the payday employee feels they are no better than a labour.

1. Good and advanced tech stack with some amazing projects. 2. Great colleagues. 3. Bus pick up and drop service for Mumbai location. 4. Good employee well being policies like 5 day work week, occasional wellness day off, etc.

Dislikes

... new people in team. 3. Low increment will be given despite you working well. 4. Average base compensation to freshers.
