You can learn a great deal in terms of products, processes and management. It used to work like a startup,always new challenges and something new to learn.

Dislikes

Do not pay well even if your performance is good and have been promoted within organisations. New people hired with tags like CA, IIMs would end up in top positions and better payments. Some dept. have good performance management processes. Can't be said same for whole organisation.

After Few Years Nothing new to learn, it is same repetitive Tasks Salary is less than Market standards even after Appraaisal and promotion is also less If you do trading you have to take approval from compliance team before Trading in Shares and IPO etc

Crisil has good infrastructure, good working environment,good people. People have flexibility of working hours. Crisil has indian holidays even if you work for US process or any other countries. Crisil celebrate Indian as well as well Christmas festivals in office. Crisil as separate training programs as well were you can learn new things like automation process n other things. Crisil has drop facility after 10pm for girls and 11 pm for boys. There is very low chances that you will kick out from company but it depends upon your performance and compliance Crisil is doing so many social activities mainly in tree plantation, beach cleanings and education.

Sometimes work pressure is high so you have to stretch for 2 to 3 hrs. Crisil don't give extra pay for extra working hours.you to do many activities other than core activities which is sometimes painful. Appreciation and motivation is low. Traveling to Crisil might be hectic for the most of the people who are traveling from Andheri stations as it's is far from Andheri station. However Crisil as pick up facilities from nearby stations. Crisil don't much outings for employees but they organise party in hotels and family carnival once a year, were parents and freinds can come to their office.

GAC division --- For freshers, this company is a training ground. You can get all the relevant skillset and upskill yourself.

GAC division --- Compensation is not that great and hike will be average. Management gives fake promises for Promotion. There is a lot of politics done by the Management and team dynamics ends up in toxic culture.
