OverAll Work experience was great i got to learn new things for first year. Managers and other Team Members are very helpful Job Security

After Few Years Nothing new to learn, it is same repetitive Tasks Salary is less than Market standards even after Appraaisal and promotion is also less If you do trading you have to take approval from compliance team before Trading in Shares and IPO etc

Only salary benefits are there. They’ll offer you whatever you ask for initially however after that no appraisals no promotions. Nothing!

Work life balance is pathetic Seniors they don’t know how to get the team engaged Politics at its best No job security

Compensation is decent, also many times effort taken goes un-noticed due to senior people being biased about their opinions
