You get some protection from vild atmosphere if you are working for a foreign client. Clients encourage you unlike backbiting and racism you face for being a non tamilian.

Dislikes

Huge discrimination, even in pay. Didn't pay overtime for years while tamilian colleagues got it. Constant abuse and isolation. No action by compliance etc even after labour court case. Good HRs sacked.

Amazing place to work although your learning curve would be stagnant after 2-3 years. I would say crisil is the best place to work after you cross 30 (age).

...in the Chennai office. I found my learning curve to be stagnant after 1.5 years. The pay could be better as well.

Open door culture and gives you enough opportunities to learn things required for your day to day tasks.

Lack of career growth visibility and below average (less than industry average) compensation structures affect employee morale.

Great team environment and good work life balance. Managers are quite approachable and understanding. Wonderful company for female professionals.

Dislikes

Compensation is not at par with industry. Appraisal and assessments are not in line with individual performance

Likes

CRISIL provides a very good learning opportunity to learn and grow continuously. Teammates are generally from IVY league of India.

Dislikes

Work life balance is terrible. There is also a great mismatch wrt to salary and the amount of work. Innovation is also very slow.
