Compensation is decent, also many times effort taken goes un-noticed due to senior people being biased about their opinions

1. Good and advanced tech stack with some amazing projects. 2. Great colleagues. 3. Bus pick up and drop service for Mumbai location. 4. Good employee well being policies like 5 day work week, occasional wellness day off, etc.

...on chances as favouritism & nepotism prevails in Corporate Technology in GBA. 3. Average base compensation to freshers.
