Risk Operations team members nd manager always focused to demotivate new Team members they always think how new employees resign ASAP... Manager give training to Team members nd Planning from first day how to point out new employees mistakes.. Manager has create a group for planning specially & then intensionally putting pressure to complete 90 days notice period in probation period also...

The whole Credable is good except Risk Operations

Dislikes

Starting with the most pathetic process Risk Operations of the company managed by pathetic people. You don't have to worry to join this process they too know nobody stays in this organization so they will let you join asap. The Culture of this place is worst the day you join the organization within a month they will start their politics and there are some people at manager level who has spent their whole life in this process they will not give you proper training also and they will ask you how this mistake happened even though due to lack of knowledge you won't be able to back them they use this strategy in the meeting rooms NO TRAINING and they expect that we are super humans and manager sitting on desk will just say Aap btao instead of giving proper training. If you raise you concern to Senior manager he just favors his favorites he's not employee centric he doesn't has humanitarian values he just know a word this is not professionalism doesn't matter even your newly joined Deputy manager use slangs on floor. Even if you are planning for 1 year in this organization they will not let you stay. They will show its not manager issue its your issue and most of the things are not reached to HR because whole organization follows you can skip levels for your solution but this team follows you can't skip the levels. Whole credable too hates this team due to few people of this organization worst part is Deputy manager openly uses slang of floor and senior manager doesn't even takes action. Even though you are intern you are pilled with so many work that isn't possible by one person and they will pressure a lot and forced to extend shift hours till 9-9.30. Think twice before joining this process
