In QA team there wasn't any problem. But can't say anything about other teams, as these teams build up the organization. They do provide night shift allowance.

The pay is not up to the mark for freshers but it's manageable.

Compensation are offered not on base of your skill set. Even your performance is highest level but package will be decided normalize based on your previous Salary.

The people here are very great and always ready to support and flexible. TL and managers are like friend and always allow leave and flexible work hours.
