The people here are very great and always ready to support and flexible. TL and managers are like friend and always allow leave and flexible work hours.

Company is customer focus but not employee focused. Not paying as per market and each employee is not satisfied with pay compare to market

In QA team there wasn't any problem. But can't say anything about other teams, as these teams build up the organization. They do provide night shift allowance.

The pay is not up to the mark for freshers but it's manageable.

No JOB SECURITY AT ALL... No big projects in Blueocean... They ll hire u for small projects with good package... And after completion they ll throw you out of company.., just hire and fire policy.... Horrible company.
