...r quality being low. The leaves in this company as per HR policy are outrageous. No employees are allowed to take their paid leaves as they want to credit it as a part of your salary. If you go on long medical leave, Saturdays and Sundays are will be considered as LOPs. Politics are running high in this company. Tamilians preferred mostly since most of the senior manager and TLs are tamilians and they even do not know to speak proper English. If your quality dips, they call you back to office.

We'll get salary in last working day of the month end.

Dislikes

We won't get any leaves in weekends and will not get any single single leave even if we are sick and morethan 11 hours we have to work in week days very stressful company.

Office is at prime location. The salary is amongst the highest in industry standards. Renowned company, so job security is good. Opportunity to learn is abundant.

HR is the worst. Work life balance is miserable. It's better if you forget you have a life, work is your life. Incentive plans and leave plans are poor and unattractive. Too much pressure on employees in the lower level of the hierarchical pyramid.

They Gave salary hike within 6months

Inspite i raised for Resignation &served notice period for 2months they did'nt gave me proper relieving &also They did'nt provide me salary for the last working Month. &This is my Honest review if u want to work with 0 knowledge about health industry u can bcoz this company does'nt give u proper training & with prior info they'll move to different projects,they will mark errors&errors for silly mistakes & the worst about this company is They'll terminate u without informing before 1 or 2 days.
