Pros: Work life balance and good salary Cons: Heavy micromanagement not only by the Manager but also other architects in team. Here some so called "experts" dont have knowledge on the particular subject. Abusive words used , making the employees to force resign.

Not getting caught confidence from management on goal and Target of company Reducing variable pay of engineers who was not involved in any decesion taking, because of management faults
