Cons: 1. 6 days working 2.Not a Recruitment Job it's simple BPO 3. It's not what its talk to you at the begining - at time of interview you'll to told to call 100 candidates a day - when you join you'll be told to call 115 candidates a day - after few weeks you'll be given 125+ calls per day which can go upto 139 calls too 4. Not understanding but highly demanding - they'll asisgn you 125+ calls each day and will also expect you to call all those 125+ candidates twice a day (once in the first half and once in the evening) Basic sence it takes full day's time to complete all those huge numbers 5. Weird working system -each day you'll be assigned with different company and profile and you've to attain 4 meetings consecutively from 10AM - 12PM after that they'll expect you to complete all the calls by 6PM (pathetic) -even if by chance you get the company/profile you've already done before, still you've to join the meeting and ask the KAM "if there's any chances", although they've a google sheet where they update every info- so technically if you refer to that your work will be done but NO JOINING MEET IS MANDATORY 6. They'll make you work on Sunday if you don't finish your work on Saturday. 7. Follows hire and fire policy, no job security, the founder will openly insult you in front of all the employees in a Google meet and then fire you immediately, if you make even a small mistake
