The list may go on but major dislikes Micro management, indefinite SOP, Undue client interference, Poorest Management, No job security, you have timings for bio break, You may have feeling of school over here where everything is controlled like bay-rotation, you cannot talk to eachother, surprise tests, etc.

Comfort zone is very good ...teammates are very good and HR EP Team Vaidehi mam is very good and supportiv And our team manager mr. Ganesh Birdavade sir is very helpful and supportiv manager in our TCL Team.. thanks you Conneqt

It is a good startup for our career. It improves communication and teaches us job ethics.

The place is unhygienic highlited multiple time to HRs and higher authoritys. There is hardly any incriment in salary.

The worst company that i have ever seen in my life they are deducted my 80% of salary without any prior notification never credit your full salary and always make excuses of the attendance issue fall in LOP nd all as they are always issue with their application they kept me hanging up for an month and month for my salary and i still have not received the same I told my manager regarding these issue the manager say mail HR or head department but no any reply from there side totally worst company I have ever seen in my life Unfair Pay ,No Job Security,Under Appreciation,Overworked as well as .

... almost 5 yrs here in this company what I got in return all benefits taken down. No salary hike, no good culture, no growth opportunities basically this place is just for Fun nothing else don't join.
