I like that environment and surroundings. No salary issue the same will be credited on time. Week off and leave are easily manageable.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. If your performance is not upto mark they gives pressure resulting ro resignation. The is no work life balance. Graveyard shift trouble a lot in the name of rotational shift only night shift is given.

This is the best organisation I have ever worked with. This is none less than the Government job. You will get to manage the work life balance and also receive many opportunities in life to grow

There is nothing to dislike about the organization but if they can hike their basic pay as per the current market standards it will be good.

It’s more operation centric. Operations manager and their leaders assume themselves as gods. The other departments including HR team have to obey them. You will survive if you’re a YES MAN

It's a good organisation if you are willing to develop management skills. Company also helps you to grow provided you're a skillful candidate.

No work life balance. One of the worst company when it comes to salary and benefits.

I feel very secure about my job, I know whatever happens I will get my salary credited to my account by 1st on time. Concentrix is never going to deduct or delay my salary. Management is very good, I'm working here for almost last 4 years. They value each and every employee equally, irrespective of their designation.

Dislikes

They may give some holidays on religious festivals, like Durga Puja, Kali Puja etc. Being a Bengali I had to work every day during Durga Puja every year.
